Refund policy

At WildRoot, we strive to deliver premium-quality dry fruits and healthy snacks to our customers. If you face any issues with your order, we are here to help.

Return / Exchange Window

Customers can raise a return or exchange request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at:

Please mention:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Product images/videos (if applicable)

Eligible Reasons for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective or spoiled product
  • Missing items in the package

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

Refunds will be credited to:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Bank account / UPI (for COD orders)

Return Shipping Charges

  • For refund requests: A flat ₹49 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For exchanges: No shipping charges will be applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the consumable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Change of taste or personal preference
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are usually delivered within 2–6 business days, depending on the delivery location.
